RETURN POLICY

  • Thank you for choosing HydromaxPump.com. Our return policy is applicable for 30 days from the date of receiving your item. To initiate a return, kindly ensure that the items remain in its original, UNOPENED (security sticker intact), and unused condition, and must be in its original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • To commence a return, please email us at cs@hydromaxbathmate.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with an RA# (Return Authorization) and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without an RA# cannot be accepted. For any inquiries regarding returns, feel free to contact us at cs@hydromaxbathmate.com.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please be aware that processing times can vary, and it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety considerations regarding the risk of STIs, items that come into contact with genital areas (e.g., pumps, power rings, inserts) and personal care goods (e.g., control gel, max out) are non-returnable.

Upon receipt of your order, we request that you inspect the items promptly. If you encounter any issues such as damages, or receiving an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can address and resolve the situation.

Additional Refund Information:

  • Our policy permits the return of unopened, unused items within 30 days.
  • For health & safety reasons, accessories and used items are non-returnable.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (please make sure to get a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost/delayed shipments)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the shipping cost would be deducted from your refund.
  • A 20% restocking fee is applicable to all returns.
